WBC Co-Chair, Marketing Committee

Melanie Carucci is Head of the East Market for the Americas at Refinitiv.  In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s clients and revenues throughout the east coast region of the US, and serves on the Americas Leadership Team.  Melanie leads a team of account and sales executives, along with customer success managers in support of this business.  Prior to her current position, Melanie was the Head of Market Development for the Americas where she was responsible for defining the strategy and sales execution plans for North and South America.

Melanie has a passion for women’s advancement both within Refinitiv and externally.She serves on the Board of the Women’s Bond Club, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women in financial services.  Melanie is also a member of the Senior Advisory Council for Refinitiv Women’s Network and was previously co-chair for several years.  In addition to women’s empowerment, Melanie also has a passion for the arts and serves as Board Chair of the Arts & Business Council of New York, a division of Americans for the Arts.

Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, with a minor in Business Administration, from Clemson University.  She also received her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, with specializations in Finance, Strategy and Global Business.

Melanie lives in Manhattan with her husband and three children.
