Nicole Clopton is a managing director and head of Digital, Operations and Technology training within HR at J.P. Morgan Chase. In this role she leads a global team that partners with the business to set and execute the learning strategy for Technology, Operations,  and Digital employees. Prior to this role, she led the Shared Services function for this team, which included accountability for the design, delivery and program management of the team’s learning solutions. 

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase in 2012, Nicole held a number of roles in learning and talent supporting technology, operations and other enterprise functions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.  

Nicole launched her professional career as a change management consultant at Accenture.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Case Western Reserve University.  She is a board member at the ACE Project, an organization focused on supporting underserved youth in Chicago, Baltimore and Detroit.
