Women’s Bond Club is an invitation-only organization for women in financial services
We are a powerful force for advancing women and shaping the future of the industry. Our members are experienced professionals; our strength comes from convening some of the brightest minds in the industry and building bonds that support personal and career growth.
Founded in 1921 by Betty Cook, one of the earliest female bond traders on Wall Street, the WBC was the first organization in New York to focus on women in finance. It was rooted in the principle of “Women Helping Women.”
Throughout our history, we have remained true to our original mission – to lead, learn and return.
